How do I access the slopes?
The ski-bus leaves once in an hour during the winter season. There are two stops in Rukan Salonki Resort and you can find the time table for the ski bus here: https://bit.ly/3NoYK94

Can I bring my dog to the chalet?
This chalet does not allow pets.

Is the cleaning included in the price?
Yes, end-of-stay cleaning as well as linen and towels are included in the price.
We are proud to say that Rukan Salonki Resosrt is Green Key certified in terms of accommodation and restaurant services. One requirement in Green Key certification is the reduction of laundry and cleaning products and energy in accommodation units. We provide a set of towels for each guest on the arrival to keep for the entire stay. In case you wish to have towels exchanged during the stay, kindly book this service in advance. Further, we provide end-of-stay cleaning only, but mid-stay tidying can be booked in advance.

Can I use outdoor pools by the chalet?
The use of the separate outdoor pools is not allowed on the premises. There is an outdoor whirlpool by the resort sauna, ask us for an offer on this at sales@rukansalonki.fi
